Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking Laborers to perform a variety of physical tasks on heavy highway, road, and bridge construction projects. You will assist with site preparation, cleanup, material handling, traffic control, and general construction activities as directed by the supervisor, with emphasis on safety and reliability in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor on heavy civil construction projects.
• Assist concrete, drainage, and retaining wall crews as needed.
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Flag and direct traffic near work zones.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Work safely in all weather conditions.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform other labor-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
