We're seeking a highly motivated Construction Laborer to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in executing our projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The position offers a pay range of $20-25/hr, depending on experience, along with benefits.

Your Mission:
  1. Assist with site preparation, including setting up and removing temporary structures and tools.
  2. Operate various hand tools and construction equipment.
  3. Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  4. Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
  5. Follow all safety procedures on-site and report unsafe practices or conditions.
  6. Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
  7. Perform daily site clean-up to ensure safety and organization.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
  • Experience with heavy equipment (skid steer, backhoe, etc.) and towing trailers.
  • Ability to operate construction tools and machinery.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
  • Desire to learn quickly.
Additional Information:

Some positions may require travel and overnight stays, with expenses covered by Nwestco, LLC.

All offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment physical, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a comprehensive drug screening (including marijuana testing) for safety-sensitive roles.
