The successful candidate will work outdoors in variable weather, assist carpenters and labor crews, lift up to 50 pounds, and learn on the job in a team-focused environment. Previous construction experience helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Load, unload, move and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, labor crews, and other trades with daily project needs.
• Help with demolition, light carpentry, setup, and general labor tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools appropriate to the work being performed.
• Follow safety requirements and report hazards or concerns promptly.
• Care for company tools and equipment so they are ready for the next task.

What You’ll Do
