Job summary

Orkin in Rochester, MN is seeking motivated technicians to inspect and install pest control systems as part of a collaborative crew. No prior pest control experience required; our paid training will prepare you for success in a stable, recession-resistant field.

You’ll work with a team to protect homes and businesses, perform light carpentry tasks, and communicate clearly with customers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.

Qualifications

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience (preferred)

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• You must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required
