Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Construction Laborers for an airport runway lighting and carpentry project in Perry, Iowa. This hands-on, outdoors role is physically demanding and suitable for all experience levels. Pay is $40.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule of about 40 hours per week.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding construction position working outdoors. Construction, electrical, or carpentry experience is preferred, butall experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Pay rate is$40.00 per hour. Schedule isMonday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. The project runs through September.

This is a two-phase project and isnot expected to provide continuous work throughout the entire period.Depending on the project schedule, employees may work for approximatelyone month, have approximately one month off, and then return for the second phase.Candidates should be comfortable with this schedule before applying.

Job Duties:

• -Assist with installation of airport runway lighting

This position involves physically demanding outdoor work. Employees may be exposed to:

• -Excavation and trenching
• -Underground utilities and electrical systems
• -Heavy construction equipment
• -Uneven or rough terrain
• -Dust, debris, and construction noise
• -Heat, rain, wind, and other outdoor weather conditions
• -Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, and lifting
• -Slip, trip, and fall hazards
• -Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions and following all required safety procedures.
