• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials.
• Maintain compliance with job site safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and construction crews to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Construction Laborer & Skilled Trades Requirements

• Minimum of2 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Concrete construction
  • Masonry work
  • Steel erection
  • Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) installation
  • Commercial construction projects
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from construction job sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding labor.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required.
