TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking dedicated Construction Laborers in Midland, Texas to support operators, field scientists, and supervisors on large projects. You will perform physical labor, help maintain equipment, and ensure work is done safely in line with client needs.

Overview

TRC is seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting construction operators, field scientists, and construction supervisors complete tasks on large and/or complex projects to ensure construction activities are conducted in a safe manner subject to the client’s needs.

Responsibilities include performing physical labor, identifying unmarked underground utilities prior to and during excavation activities, clearing brush, and assisting operators with preventative maintenance tasks.

The Construction Laborer coordinates with the project supervisor to complete construction tasks as needed.

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
