KR Companies is hiring two full-time Entry Level - Construction Laborer to join our Field Operations team in Middleville, MI. You’ll perform general labor on residential job sites, assist with excavation, and work with a supportive crew to build quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks on residential job sites, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
• Assist with excavation activities, trenching, and backfilling under the guidance of experienced crew members.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as required.
• Support equipment operators and foremen in day-to-day site activities.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Take direction and training with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must have the ability to get chauffeur's license (not required at start)

Work Schedule
