Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and debris removal.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist skilled trades personnel as directed (carpenters, electricians, equipment operators, technicians, etc.).
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and supervisor instructions.
• Support daily project activities to ensure timelines and productivity goals are met.
