• Perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor construction environments.

What You’ll Do:

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has previous construction or general labor experience; commercial construction experience is a plus.
• Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work each scheduled day.
• Takes direction well and is willing to learn new skills.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
• Understands the importance of jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
• Can lift and carry construction materials, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in different weather conditions.
• Has reliable transportation to travel to various jobsites.
• Possesses a valid California driver’s license.
• Is able to successfully complete a background check, driving record and DMV check.
