Tharp Consulting in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Construction Laborer for full-time work Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. You will assist with site preparation, material handling, and the installation of building components, while following all safety procedures.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior construction experience is preferred. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, plus outdoor work in varying weather.
