Job summary

Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is seeking a construction laborer to support on-site tasks across projects. The role requires physical work including lifting and moving materials, site cleanup, and basic digging and leveling. You will work with a team and move between sites as projects progress.

Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of laborer experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 70 lbs or more. High school diploma or GED preferred; overtime availability is expected.

• Able to carry 70 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials, etc.
• Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel with basic tools.
• Moves between job sites as projects progress and work is available.
• Works with other workers in a cooperative manner.
• Performs general labor tasks as required.

Position Description

Laborer responsibilities and abilities include but are not limited to the list below. Other duties may be assigned.

• Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials etc.
• Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, and shovel.
• Moving and transferring from job to job as projects progress and work is available.
• Work with other workers in a cooperative manner.
• General labor work.
