Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest and home protection team. You’ll learn through a paid training program while earning wages from day one, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

You'll inspect and install pest control systems, perform attic/crawlspace services, and collaborate with a crew. A valid license and safety PPE are required, with company support to obtain a pesticide license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated experience using a metal brake to bend or shape metal components.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE including respirator as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a project.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.

Qualifications

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience (preferred)

Minimum Requirements:
