Saturday work may be required. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Overtime rate is$37.34.Theemployerwilluseasingleworkweekasitsstandardforcomputingwagesdueand pay bi-weekly by check. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as

required by law.Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee.The worker willbereimbursedfortransportationandsubsistencefromtheplacefromwhichtheworkerhas

cometoworkfortheemployer,whetherintheU.S..orabroad,totheplaceofemployment,inthe first workweek at a rate of a minimum of $16.78 per day to a maximum of $68.00 per day with

documentationofactualexpenses.Theemployerwillprovideorpayfortheworker'scostof return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from

whichtheworker,disregardinginterveningemployment,departedtoworkfortheemployer, if

theworkercompletesthecertifiedperiodofemploymentorisdismissedbefore11/20/2026.The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,

bordercrossing,andotherrelatedfees,includingthosemandatedbythegovernment,incurredby the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the

benefitoftheworker).Theemployerwill assistworkersinsecuringboard, lodging,or other

facilities.Theemployerwillprovidedailytransportationtoandfromtheworksite.Theemployer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment

requiredtoperformthedutiesassigned.
