Job summary

Masterpiece Construction in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking dependable Construction Laborers for full-time onsite work. You'll assist residential remodeling, transport materials, prepare job sites, and support carpenters and other trades to deliver high-quality projects.

We value safety, punctuality, teamwork and pride in craftsmanship. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience, with steady year-round work and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential remodeling, renovation, and construction projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities
• Assist carpenters, project managers, and skilled tradespeople as needed
• Perform demolition, site preparation, and material handling
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally
