Job summary

Donato Group, Inc. is seeking hard-working Construction Laborers ASAP to support ground-up construction, renovation, and property management projects across several counties in Michigan.

You will travel to Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, and Livingston Counties, assist with demolition, cleaning, and routine maintenance, and interact with clients and site teams; we offer competitive salary and opportunities for advancement; must be drug-free.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with demolition, cleaning, and basic site work is a plus.
• Good customer interaction skills are a must as we visit properties for maintenance/punch list items.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic construction tasks on ground-up projects.
• Assist with renovation and property maintenance work.
• Complete punch lists and site clean-up after tasks.
• Support site safety and organization during daily operations.
