Resource Environmental Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Laborer to join our restoration team. If you enjoy outdoor, hands-on work and take pride in delivering high-quality results, this is the job for you.

You'll work on active restoration sites across our region, including wetlands, streambanks, prairies, or stormwater facilities. Travel to key project sites 2–4 nights per week with per diem and hotel accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, farming, or outdoor labor.
• Ability to operate and maintain basic hand tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, landscaping, and general labor on restoration sites.
• Operate tools and landscape equipment as directed.
• Implement erosion and sediment control measures.
• Support traffic control setup and dewatering tasks.
• End-of-day cleanup and equipment maintenance.

As a Construction Laborer, you’ll be an integral part of our projects, helping with a variety of tasks including site preparation, landscaping, and general labor, onactive restoration sites across your region. That may includewetlands, streambanks, prairies, or stormwater facilities. You’ll work alongside a skilled crew, contributing to projects that make a tangible impact. A Day in the Life

No two days are exactly the same, but here's a glimpse into what your day‑to‑day might look like:

Morning Kickoff

• Start your day by reviewing detailed work specifications and plans for the day’s tasks.
• Conduct safety checks on all tools and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and readiness.

Tool Operation

• Operate a variety of tools, including power tools like drills and circular saws, as well as landscape equipment like chainsaws and weed eaters, to perform critical tasks on-site.

Hands‑On Erosion Control

• Work hands‑on to implement erosion and sediment control measures, following detailed specifications to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Seeding, mulching and matting
• Assist in setting up and maintaining traffic control systems to ensure safety around the work area
• Set‑Up and maintenance of bypass water pumping & work area dewatering

End‑of‑Day Wrap‑Up

• Clean and store tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next day.
• Review completed tasks with your supervisor to confirm everything meets the required standards and specifications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Capable of walking over uneven surfaces, climbing on construction equipment, and navigating hills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing tasks at ground level.
