STRUCTURAL is recruiting Construction Technicians & Laborers to join our nationwide Nuclear Projects Division, performing high-quality industrial construction and repair work in commercial nuclear power plants.

We provide N2N training, mentorship, and CMD development, with nationwide travel, per diem, competitive pay, structured onboarding, and strong career growth within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Willing to train motivated individuals via N2N training program, mentorship, and CMD development.
• Must be able to gain unescorted access to nuclear areas with background checks and Fitness for Duty (FFD) requirements.
• Must provide reliable transportation and be willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality industrial construction and repair work within commercial nuclear power plants.
• Concrete repair, formwork, carpentry, rebar augmentation, carbon fiber installation, coatings, waterproofing and soil stabilization.
• Maintain strict safety, security and compliance on site in a nuclear facility.

STRUCTURAL is recruiting Construction Technicians & Laborers to join our nationwide Nuclear Projects Division.

As part of this specialized team, you will perform high-quality industrial construction and repair work within commercial nuclear power plants.

Construction duties may include:

• Concrete repair - demolition, placement, and finishing
• Formwork and carpentry
• Rebar augmentation and rodbusting
• Carbon fiber installation
• Cathodic protection installation
• Coating installation
• Waterproofing and soil stabilization

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• While experience working at nuclear facilities or general construction experience can be a plus, we are very willing to train motivated individuals. By utilizing our New to Nuclear (N2N) training program, nuclear indoctrination modules, mentorship program and Construction Management Development (CMD) programs, we take pride in building a strong, long term workforce of high caliber individuals for long term careers.
