Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. is accepting resumes for Road Construction Laborers in Crestview, FL. Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays) Full Time Position.

Pay Rate - Starting at $15 / Hr. Background with spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt or similar material to form surfaces of highways, streets, parking lots, aircraft landing strips, and driveways is preferred. Qualifications

• Must maintain reliable attendance and transportation.
• Must be able to travel within 45 minute radius of Crestview, depending on the project.
• Meet company safety and performance standards.
• Must pass pre-employment physical/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying materials and tools as needed.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and maintain project quality.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
