Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is hiring an Emergency Restoration Technician to help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, mold, and other emergencies. Travel to residential and commercial properties, perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Dependable with strong attendance and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical work in various environments.
• Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces.
• Available to work overtime and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties to assist with emergency restoration projects.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services.
• Set up, inspect, and monitor drying equipment.
• Safely remove damaged materials while following company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members.
• Assist Crew Chiefs with project completion and daily job responsibilities.
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high-quality workmanship.
