We handle residential and commercial construction, remodeling, renovations, property improvements, and repairs.

We are looking for people who show up on time, work hard, pay attention to detail, and take pride in doing things correctly. Experience is appreciated, but reliability, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are just as important.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction, remodeling, demolition, and renovation projects.

• Perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and other construction-related tasks as assigned.

• Load, unload, transport, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment.

• Prepare job sites and protect existing structures and finished surfaces.

• Assist skilled tradespeople and crew leaders with daily work.

• Operate hand tools and power tools when properly trained and authorized.

• Perform construction cleanup, debris removal, and material disposal.

• Follow project instructions, job-site safety procedures, and applicable building requirements.

• Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, mistakes, or project concerns immediately.

• Help maintain clean, organized, professional job sites.

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Job Requirements

• Dependable transportation to assigned job sites.

Compensation & Engagement

W-2 Employees: Paid through company payroll, with applicable tax withholding and legally required employee protections.

1099 Independent Contractors: Engaged under a separate written independent contractor agreement for qualifying services or projects, with compensation based on agreed contract terms.

Worker classification is determined by the actual working relationship and applicable law, not simply by preference.
