Job summary

Flexicrew Technical Services is seeking a General Site Laborer to support daily operations on industrial and construction job sites in Arabi, LA. This role involves assisting skilled trades, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing a variety of manual labor tasks.

MUST HAVE VALID OSHA CARD. You will load/unload materials, help with site cleanup, operate basic tools, and assist with site preparation under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, welders, and technicians
• Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with site preparation including digging, lifting, and positioning materials
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
