Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking Interns for our Georgia Region to develop future leaders in project engineering and field management. Interns may travel across the United States and work on-site or in the office supporting estimating and preconstruction activities.

The program matches students to roles aligned with their goals and offers hands-on experience across divisions, with potential progression to full-time roles after college graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or related field preferred.
• Willingness to commit to a 12-week schedule.
• Relocation may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager or field supervision with project coordination.
• Estimate costs for change orders.
• Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractors.
• Schedule contracts and materials.
• Document control and coordination of subcontractors.
• Support safety management and participate in team meetings.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals; assist in change orders.
