The intern will assist with subcontractor solicitation, quantity takeoffs, project documentation, and field coordination while developing strong communication and technical skills in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be enrolled in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business or related majors in the built environment.
• Knowledge of construction tech such as Blue Beam, Revit, and Procore.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; experience with spreadsheets, word processing and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare material logs.
• Generate project reports and maintain correspondence.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for suitability.
• Track change orders and RFIs.
• Collect, verify, and distribute as-builts.
• Read blueprints and assist with close-out documentation.
