Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Überwachung von Inspektionsteams und Dokumentation der Fortschritte.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide daily inspection of construction work within a given discipline to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, including roadway, structural, ADA compliance, and traffic signal inspections.
• Supervise inspection teams.
• Approve all on-site observations of construction progress, equipment, manpower, and materials, and document in reports.
• Measure and record quantities for payment.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Serve as on-site project representative.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (not required).
• Preferred certifications: NECEPT or PennDOT concrete.
• NICET Certification levels II-IV are preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.
