Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors contractor work to ensure quality control and contract compliance for roadway, structure and bridge projects of routine to moderate complexity.
• Inspects field work including excavations, drainage facilities, road surfaces and structures.
• Reports contractor daily production rates and documents field activities.
• Schedules work phases with contractor superintendent and agency personnel.
• Maintains project records such as diaries, pay quantities and monthly estimates.
