Job summary

Artheon is seeking a highly qualified Inspector to join our team. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience inspecting public projects and preferably NICET I certification.

You will ensure quality, safety, and compliance across projects, maintaining detailed inspection records and coordinating with engineers and clients. The position involves coordinating with project stakeholders, preparing reports, and monitoring contractor adherence to plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of inspecting public infrastructure projects.
• NICET Level I certification in a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Project Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of public projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other infrastructure, to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection findings, including photographs, reports, and other relevant documentation. Prepare inspection reports for clients and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and address construction and design issues promptly, ensuring the quality and safety of the project.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure they adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols, taking appropriate actions to address non-compliance.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Provide clear and concise updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in inspecting public infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, and utilities, is required.
• NICET I: NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) Level I certification in a related field is highly preferred.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
