Job description

We are looking for a Construction Inspector in Downey, CA – Surrounding areas in LA

As a Construction Inspector, you'll oversee construction and inspection projects, ensuring they meet client objectives for cost, quality, material usage, and safety.

What You’ll Do:

1. Assist with construction inspection reports.
2. Check daily production quantities from contractors.
3. Make on-the-spot decisions regarding questions from contractors.
4. Provide details on potential change orders.
5. Monitor contractor work in subsurface conditions.
6. Update project workflows and documentation.
7. Communicate timelines, deliverables, quality control, and project concerns.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience working with cable television, telecommunications, or fiber-optic cables in inspection is preferred.

The salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, influenced by location, skills, experience, and education.
