Job summary

Sundt Enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level craft helper to assist skilled workers across trades. You will take direction from foremen, perform basic tasks, and support safety and quality on site.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to wear PPE, and basic math and communication skills. Prior construction exposure is a plus; NCCER Core or a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Job Requirements: NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year experience (level I), 2 years' experience (level II) and 3+ years' experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry is preferred.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Effective Math skills - add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transporting, material storage and time.
• Ask a supervisor before continuing if unsure about any aspect of the work or safety issues.
• Learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work.
