You will perform physical labor, assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades, and contribute to safe, efficient operations on-site. Paid weekly with full-time schedules and potential overtime.

HireQuest Direct is seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Helpers to support commercial and residential construction projects throughout the Dallas area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in the construction industry while working alongside skilled trades professionals.

Position Overview

Construction Helpers assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites, including material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and supporting skilled tradesmen. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Clean and maintain work areas throughout the shift
• Operate basic hand tools safely and effectively
