Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• Construction experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred/required depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor such as shoveling, grading, and cleanup.
• Assist with installation of underground utilities and structures.
• Support water/sewer testing and concrete work as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools and help with site preparation.
• Maintain tools and the jobsite in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
