Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Gresham, OR is hiring a Construction General Laborer for a local utility contractor. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour DOE, and a schedule Monday–Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

You will perform general labor outdoors, site cleanup, light carpentry, and assist with loading and unloading materials, using iPads for data entry, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or utility labor experience preferred.
• Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to input data using mobile devices (iPads).
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills and a safety‑first mindset.
