TradeWorX is hiring Construction General Laborers for long-term projects in the Akron, Ohio area. This role supports active commercial and construction sites, with a focus on safety and reliable performance on fast-paced jobsites.

We are seeking dependable workers who want to grow their construction experience and contribute to a skilled team. 1st shift, long-term opportunities, with benefits and PTO after eligibility, and pay ranging from $18 to $23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience required.
• Hard hat required.
• Work boots/shoes required.
• Safety glasses required.
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with general construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Use basic hand and power tools.
• Support multiple trades as needed.
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements.
