Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a hands-on Installer to join our field teams. You will travel to residential and commercial sites to install foundation and water management solutions, test systems, and ensure quality completion.

You’ll work with experienced crews, benefit from strong training, and enjoy opportunities for growth within a recognized leader. This role requires physical labor, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment at residential or commercial sites and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform general construction tasks such as digging, back-filling trenches, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and company policies while maintaining professionalism.
