Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management solutions. You’ll work with experienced crews, be part of a safety‑minded, fast‑paced team, and help deliver reliable results that protect what matters most to customers.

The role involves performing general construction tasks, assisting with installations, and handling materials up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in all weather are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade tools and proper use of equipment.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

The anticipated salary range is the expected hiring range for this role in Texas is $11.56 - $13.60. Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
