Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Tucson, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$28/hour based on experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable transportation.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Site cleanup and material handling.
• Loading, unloading, and staging construction materials.
• Assisting skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal mechanics.
• Demolition and debris removal.
• Digging, trenching, and backfilling.
• Operating basic hand and power tools.
• Setting up and breaking down work areas.
• Moving equipment and supplies throughout the job-site.
• Assisting with framing, concrete, roofing, or finish work as needed.
• Following OSHA safety standards and wearing required PPE.
• Performing other general construction tasks as assigned.
