Job summary

Mancan Staffing is seeking General Laborers for a local fabrication shop in Mansfield, Ohio. The position requires physical work, basic electrical and plumbing exposure, and a focus on safety.

Hours are 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays. Pay is $23.00 per hour. Candidates must present two valid forms of government ID when applying.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience or wiring knowledge.
• Plumbing experience is preferred.
• Construction background is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work safely and wear PPE.
• Able to lift 75-100 lbs on shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a local fabrication shop in Mansfield, OH.
• Follow safety regulations and wear protective gear.
• Lift and move heavy objects as needed (75-100 lbs).
• Work hours are 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, M–Th with Friday OT.
• Maintain quality and attention to detail in tasks.
• Support team with physical labor and assembly tasks.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and peers.
