Job summary

Thrasher Group is seeking a Construction Team Member in Des Moines, IA. Start as an Installer with training and a clear path to Lead Installer and Team Lead based on mastery, not tenure.

Starting Pay: $17–$21/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
