Job summary

Thrasher Group in Denver is seeking motivated team members for our Foundation Repair crew. Starting pay is $22–$26/hour, with bonus potential, based on experience.

You will be trained on every tool, safety standard, and process from day one, with a path from Installer to Lead Installer and beyond as you master the trades. Starting Pay: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
