Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to keep the job site clean and assist the construction management team with minor punch-out tasks. This role includes yard duties and general site maintenance across multiple locations.

You will use basic hand tools, demonstrate reliability, and maintain attention to detail while coordinating with site supervision. A valid driver’s license and transportation to multiple locations are required, with opportunities for growth within the Total Rewards

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year of relevant construction assistant responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the job site.
• Perform yard duties including watering grass and pulling weeds.
• Complete punch-out for minor warranty, frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry tasks.
• Support construction management team as needed.
