Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supervising a commercial construction crew of 5-10 people.
• Knowledge in all construction divisions including site work, concrete, framing, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the crew.
• Read and interpret drawings and order materials.
• Plan and schedule work for the crew on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Teach and mentor crew members in tool usage.
• Travel to jobsites as required.
