Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience with at least 1 year in a foreman/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in Miami's climate and physically demanding environments.
