Structural Group Inc. is seeking a Construction Foreman based at our Boston office in Chelmsford, MA.

You will lead field crews responsible for concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing and structural strengthening in commercial and industrial settings. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in general construction with at least 2 years in a lead role, can supervise up to 10 technicians, read drawings, and prioritize safety and clear communication with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in general construction with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute to construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Established commitment to safety and quality.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews and accurate labor estimation.
• Develop crew schedules and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Complete daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management.
• Ensure crews operate tools and equipment safely and productively.
• Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates and coordinating construction documents.

As a Foreman for STRUCTURAL, you will be responsible for leading construction crews that make our nation’s structures stronger and last longer.
