Confirm all measurements, ensuring square and level components before releasing them to the welder.

Record pre-weld dimensions on fitter drawings for accuracy and quality control.

Transfer heat numbers to drawings and cut sheets upon completion and submit to the Shop Foreman.

Ensure all fabricated items are tagged with the correct job number, customer name, and piece number for identification.

Transfer heat numbers and job numbers to all material drop-offs and coordinate with the Shop Foreman for inventory or storage movement.

Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to the work schedule consistently.

Conduct daily inspections of all equipment, including torches, torch hoses, grinders, levels, tapes, etc., to ensure proper function and safety.

Keep the work area clean and safe by sweeping and maintaining a tidy environment as needed.

Complete and discuss a thorough Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) before each task.

Maintain a positive attitude towards customer service and represent ACI professionally at all times.
