Reef Capital in Ivins, Utah, is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Clerk to support development projects. You will handle a variety of accounting tasks, ensure records are accurate, and maintain documentation to support financial health.

The role requires 1–2 years of accounting experience and a degree in accounting or finance. You will work with Lightspeed, NetSuite, Buildium or similar systems and interact with vendors and homeowners as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in accounting or accounts payable.
• Experience with accounting software (Lightspeed, NetSuite, Buildium) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Respond to vendor, customer, and internal inquiries.
• Assist with draws and information submissions to capital sources including lenders.
• Track spending vs. budgeted amounts and identify variances and cost exposures.
• Prepare month-end reporting and assist audits and compliance.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
