Krazan & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Field Technician to join our Clovis team.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of field testing and inspection experience for soils and concrete, with ACI certifications preferred, and a valid driver's license for company vehicle use. The role involves performing field and lab testing in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards, collecting data for reports, and ensuring safety on job sites.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Collect and record accurate data for engineering analysis and reporting.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Materials Testing Field Technician to join our Clovis team. The Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in field testing and inspection of soils and concrete, with ACI certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field and lab testing of soils, concrete, aggregates, and other construction materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications.
• Collect and record accurate data for engineering analysis and reporting.
• Perform quality inspections on concrete and masonry work.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed on job sites.

Qualifications:

• ICC Soils Inspector Certification (preferred)
• Experience with soil density testing, concrete sampling, and construction site inspections
• Understanding of ASTM, AASHTO, and local regulatory standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to walk, stand, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods
