Great Day Improvements is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead installation crews on patio enclosures and Stanek Windows projects. You will oversee daily field operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time project completion.

• Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines
• Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys

Develop Winning Teams

• Apprentice ➜ Installer within 3 months
• Installer ➜ Lead Installer within 9 months
• Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months
• Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations
