Qualifications

• Proven track record supervising large-scale construction projects.

• Willing to relocate to Concord, CA.
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple subcontractors and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers via the foreman, ensuring productivity and safety.
• Liaise between field engineering and craft to ensure drawings and specs compliance.
• Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Resolve conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing management.
• Assist in schedule planning and determining labor levels.
• Ensure safety, attendance, and conduct policies are followed.
