Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a full-time Construction Safety Specialist in the San Francisco area. The role involves frequent travel around San Francisco to oversee safety standards on large commercial projects.

The position requires 5+ years of construction safety experience and familiarity with federal and state safety regulations; OSHA 500 certification is preferred. Travel-heavy role with a strong focus on training and regulatory liaison.

This is a permanent, full-time job with a great salary and benefits package. This requires a lot of travel around San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

• Visit multiple job sites to ensure federal and state safety regulations are being exceeded
• Teach construction safety 30-hour classes
• Conduct safety audits
• Meet with OSHA and safety regulators
• Communicate with Safety Director and additional internal and jobsite staff

Requirements:

• Familiar with Federal and State Safety regulations and requirements
