Be a part of a team that focuses on providing Engineering and Construction services for the Wireless and Cell Tower Industry. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network, and AT&T.

This is a new role, and we are currently seeking experienced candidates interested in a Construction Field Manager – Travel Role. Work alongside Project Managers and Project Directors. Great career path to a Project Manager and a Project Director role!

Pay Range:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 a year

Factors, such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience managing and/or supporting construction crews and/or subcontractors
• Willing to get hands dirty; we are looking for a WORKING Manager who can assist in the field from time to time
• Experienced Foremen, Electricians, or other Construction professionals are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to travel out of state 90% of the time for projects in the Midwest region (IL, OH, IN, MI)
• Able to climb ladders and assist with construction equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. of equipment/materials
• Able to work some weekends during deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily field activities and assist with labor tasks as needed
• Conduct site and field walks
• Travel across the Midwest to support multiple construction crews and sites
• Support and coordinate with Foremen, Technicians, and Subcontractors
• Communicate with clients regarding project status
• Request quotes and order materials from vendors
• Attend conference calls and project meetings
• Create schedules to support management
• Coordinate final inspections and permits
• Arrange for testing and engineering services as needed
• Climb ladders over 30 feet using safety harnesses
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly job site
• Monitor productivity, costs, and schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned
